Tom Aelbrecht

Tom Aelbrecht serves as the COO of J&J Campus Belgium and Head of Strategic Partnerships, where they drive the innovation and investment strategy. With a rich background in technology and operations, Tom previously held several key roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Director of Operations for JLABS EMEA and Director of the Venture & Incubation Center. They also have experience as a Software Design Engineer at Alcatel Telecom and have contributed to various boards, including at Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen and UBCA. Tom's educational foundation includes a Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Vlerick Business School.
