Vera Simões is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES), specializing in the Fundamentals of Art in Education. Vera has a Doctorate in Education, with a thesis defended in April 2013. From 1992 to 2015, Vera served as a teacher, director of schools, and pedagogical advisor in the Municipal Education Secretariat. Additionally, from 2001 to 2007, Vera taught and coordinated the Pedagogy course at UNICES, now known as Rede DOCTUM. Since 2015, Vera has been a permanent faculty member at UFES, continuing to contribute to the field of education.
