Jack Smith

Jack Smith possesses a diverse range of experience in customer service and internal auditing. At GetGo Café + Market from March 2022 to July 2025, Jack worked as a Team Member, handling various operational tasks including inventory management. Prior experience includes serving as a Crew Trainer at Ducharme Inc. (April 2019 - July 2021), where Jack trained team members at a franchise-owned McDonald's during high school. Additional roles include a Sales Floor Team Member at Walmart (August 2021 - April 2022) and a Salesperson at Sky King Fireworks (June 2023 - July 2023), focusing on customer interactions and sales. As an Internal Audit Intern at PNC (May 2024 - August 2024), Jack conducted assessments on internal controls and completed a data analysis project. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Penn State Erie and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting along with a Master of Business Administration at Gannon University.
