Lu Chen

Lu Chen is a system thinker currently exploring Human-AI Interaction in Finance. They have served as a Senior Experience Designer at PNC since 2022, where they collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences for millions. Previously, they were a Senior Learning Experience Designer at DDI and a Product Designer at Aires, where they developed a data analytics application used by over 500 corporate clients worldwide. Lu also held a role as a Service Designer, leading various innovative service design projects. They are pursuing an M.S. in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University and hold a B.A. in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
