Tracy Gee has been working in the development sector since 1992, starting as a Senior Consultant at PNE Group and currently holds the position of North West Development Co-ordinator at Project North East. Tracy focuses on developing managers in Third Sector organisations and SMEs by delivering management qualifications, coaching, and project development.
