David Brady

David Brady has over 20 years of work experience in business development and consulting within the biotech and pharma industries. Most recently, they served as the Head of BD at Pneumagen Limited and the Head of Business Development at Zura Bio Limited. Prior to that, they were the Director at Level 9 Consulting Ltd and the Director of Level 9 Consulting at Izana Bioscience.

David also worked at Takeda for a significant period, holding roles such as Ext - Snr BD Director, Senior Director of Transactions at Center for External Innovation, Head of Business Development for the META Region, and VP of BD Europe. During their time at Takeda, they led various licensing deals and R&D partnerships.

Before joining Takeda, David held positions at Wyeth as AVP of BD, Solvay Pharmaceuticals as VP of NBD, Integragen SA as VP of Business Development, and Biogen Idec as an Associate Director. Overall, David has a diverse background in business development, consulting, and leadership roles, with a focus on driving growth and securing strategic partnerships in the biotech and pharma sectors.

David Brady attended the University of Liverpool from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in Biochemistry with a Second Class Honours. David then pursued further education at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 1990 to 1993, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
