Nicolas Falliere is the Founder and Architect of PNF Software, established in April 2014, responsible for creating JEB, a renowned decompiler and reverse-engineering platform utilized globally in the security industry for malware analysis and code auditing. Prior to this, Nicolas served as a Senior Principal Researcher at Symantec from October 2013 to August 2014, focusing on high-profile threat research, while also leading back-end data systems for telemetry data analysis. Previous roles include a Security Engineer position at Google in 2012 and a Principal Software Engineer at Symantec from 2006 to 2012, where Nicolas led analyses on targeted threats like Stuxnet and Qakbot. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from INSA Toulouse, completed in 2006, and briefly attended the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2005.
