Colsen Jim has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a System Operator II at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since February 2020. Prior to this role, Colsen worked at Raytheon as a Manufacturing Team Lead II from June 2018 to February 2020, overseeing various manufacturing processes. Colsen also held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Salt River Project from October 2001 to May 2018, primarily focusing on performance engineering and taking on turbine engineering responsibilities in September 2015. Colsen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico, completed in 2001, and graduated with a General Studies degree from Navajo Pine High School in 1995.
