Rodney Warner

Rodney Warner is currently the Director and Plant Manager at the San Juan Generating Station for Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). They have held various positions within PNM since 2000, including Maintenance Superintendent and Project Manager for NERC Regulatory Compliance. With a background in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, they have demonstrated strong leadership in improving system reliability and compliance within power generation operations. Rodney's extensive experience includes managing maintenance budgets, enhancing employee safety, and implementing plant optimization processes.
