Scott Harbaugh

Scott Harbaugh has extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Utility Applications for Texas and New Mexico at PNM Resources since April 2009. Previously, Scott has held the position of Senior Manager for Regulated Utilities in Texas and New Mexico at both PNM Resources and the Public Service Company of New Mexico since August 1979. Expertise includes gas/electric utility operations in regulated and deregulated environments, covering areas such as transmission and distribution, generation, and financial systems. Scott manages a team of approximately 70 full-time employees and external contractors, and possesses a solid educational background with a degree in Computer Based Management Information Systems from the UNM Anderson School of Management. Additionally, Scott has been an enthusiast in big game hunting and trophy fishing from January 1960 to May 2012.
