Vigil

Fernando Vigil has over 19 years of experience at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), where roles include Sr. Manager of Land Management and Senior Land Specialist. Responsibilities include acquiring land and land rights, developing project estimates for land and easement rights, and participating in facilities location and routing studies. Additionally, as Manager of the Land Management Department and Senior Right of Way Agent, project cost estimates for the right of way components of substation, transmission line, and distribution line projects have been developed, alongside conducting route studies to assess impacts on right of way costs. Fernando Vigil holds a B.S. and B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Albuquerque, obtained between 1975 and 1978.
