Paula Neto is an experienced manager in educational programs with a focus on public education quality in Brazil. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Municipal Networks Program at Parceiros da Educação since December 2019, Paula has also held roles including Operations Manager and Coordinator of Management and Operations, overseeing various educational initiatives. Previously, Paula worked at the Secretary of State for Education of Piauí, managing special projects and implementing the National Common Curriculum Base. Additional experience includes being an alumnus of the Public Management Program at Vetor Brasil, serving as a Senior Educator at the Museum of Tomorrow, and engaging in scientific research during studies at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where Paula earned a bachelor's degree in Ecology.
