He provides strategic leadership across all areas of project delivery, operations, and risk management, guiding the PNP team to achieve quality outcomes across complex construction and compliance projects. 

Eva Pavlakis is the Co-Founder and Director of PNP Group, and a trusted leader in the construction and compliance sector. With a background in Mechanical and Construction Engineering, Management Systems Auditing, Work Health & Safety, and Building and Construction Management, Eva leads the PNP team across all areas of operations, engineering, and compliance.
