Eng Elshazly is a public health pest control engineer at Al-Watania Poultry Company and the head of the public health pest control consulting department at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University. Previously, Eng Elshazly served as the director of dates production farms at Kingdom Dates Company from 2017 to 2019 and as a public health pest control engineer from 2014 to 2017. Eng Elshazly's military service included a role as an army reserve officer from 2012 to 2015. Eng Elshazly holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences from Tanta University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science from Damanhour University.
