PNW Ticket Partners is a Portland-based, women-owned ticketing agency for venues, promoters, and event producers across the Pacific Northwest.

Founded by two senior ticketing operators with 50+ years of combined experience, Stephanie Viegas Dias led ticket services at Portland'5 Centers for the Arts for 25 years, managing $20M+ in annual ticket revenue across 250+ events per year and five venues, including the Keller Auditorium and Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Erica Zimmerman spent 15 years running ticketing at Z2 Entertainment (Boulder Theater, Fox Theatre), with festival work spanning Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and the Boulder International Film Festival.

What we do:
We handle the full lifecycle of event ticketing so you can focus on the show — event setup, sales campaigns, customer service, comp and guest list management, on-site box office staffing, and settlement.
Platform-agnostic by design.

We work across every major ticketing platform — Ticketmaster Host, Paciolan, Arts People, HoldMyTicket, AXS, Eventbrite, Frontgate, E-tix, and StubHub — so our clients aren't locked into a tool that doesn't fit their event.

Why we built PNW.
We've sat on every side of the table — venue, festival, promoter. We built the kind of agency we wished we could call when we were on the other side of the box office.

If you're producing live events in the Pacific Northwest and ticketing has become a headache instead of a tool, let's talk.
