Ryan Olsen is a passionate credit union professional with 25 years of experience in lending, collections, and branch operations. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Lending at Pacific NW Federal Credit Union since 2018, Ryan has previously held significant roles including VP of Lending Operations at Columbia Credit Union and Director of Lending at SF Fire Credit Union. Ryan's expertise includes managing remote teams, product development, and project management, with a successful track record in enhancing loan programs and improving member satisfaction. They hold a High Honors Certificate in Credit Union Management from Western CUNA Management School and are pursuing a BA in Sociology and Psychology at Western Washington University.
