Laura Bailey

Laura Bailey is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Head of Assessment & Moderation at Pobble Education and as a School Improvement Advisor & Moderation Manager for the London Borough of Waltham Forest since May 2023. With a strong background in primary assessment, Laura is dedicated to enhancing moderation practices and ensuring assessment accuracy and consistency across various educational settings. Laura's expertise extends through roles with the Department for Education as an LA Advisor, and as Director of Education at Elevare Consulting Ltd, where collaboration with schools and educational organizations aims to improve outcomes globally. Previous positions include Head of Primary Assessment for Surrey County Council and various leadership roles at Babcock Education and Wokingham Borough Council.
