Andrew Vye

Andrew has worked across the Public and Third Sector Housing Sectors in Wales for the last 25 years in a variety of roles including Housing management, Homelessness, Care and Support and Regeneration.

Andrew is a part of the executive team at Pobl and is responsible for teams delivering housing and repair services to customers across South Wales including Students, Social Renters, Private renters and Owners. He is also responsible for our Care and Support service providing Local Authority and Health Service commissioned care and support to 1000s of individuals across Wales.

Andrew has worked at Pobl since its creation in 2016 and has been part of a team that has successfully merged a number of organisations to create the largest Housing Association and Care and Support businesses in Wales. Andrew is committed to using this scale to deliver more affordable homes and high quality, person centred, locally focused services that are connected to our local communities.

Andrew is a board member of Community Housing Cymru – the representative trade body for Housing Associations in Wales and is also a Trustee of Care and Repair Cymru, a national charitable body focused on championing the needs of older people living in owner occupied accommodation in Wales.
