Neil Barber

Neil has been a Chartered Surveyor for nearly 30 years. During that period he has played a key role in a team which has consistently delivered the largest RSL development and sales programme in Wales. The Property and Investment Team was formed in April 2022 and brings together Pobl’s new home development activity with the asset management of our existing homes. This provides a golden thread through the complete asset lifecycle of our homes.

The creation of the Property & Investment Team will also allow us to bring even greater scale and pace to our work to decarbonise our new and existing homes under Pobl’s Carbon Cutters Ambition. There are lots of other synergies including our work on compliance and also from a Place Makers perspective where a holistic view on our existing homes and communities together with our extensive programme of new homes will complement each other in the wider difference we can make. This team also covers the facilities management of Pobl’s office premises.
