Mr. Rand has many years of experience as CFO, most of them in public companies traded on NASDAQ in the field of High-Tech and in the field of Medical device.

He holds a MBA in Business Administration (Finance) from Bar Ilan University , a BA in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Natural Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
