Brian Mitei

Brian Mitei is a Laboratory Technician currently employed at PocDoc since March 2024, responsible for quality control of incoming raw materials, assembly and dispatch of medical kits, and various technical processes involving membrane treatment and packaging. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of In Process Quality Assurance at Universal Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included routine checks in drug production and performance verification of quality assurance equipment. Experience also includes an engineering internship at Twiga Chemical Industries, focusing on wastewater treatment and quality inspections, as well as industrial-based learning at The Technical University of Kenya, where analytical techniques such as HPLC were utilized. Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya and has additional qualifications in mobile software development and computer applications.
