David Cen is currently the Manager of Strategic Finance at Pocket Gems since April 2021. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Analyst in the Securities and Finance Practice at NERA Economic Consulting from November 2016 to March 2021. Before that, David was a Senior Associate in the Finance and Securities Practice at Econ One Research from February 2014 to July 2016. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC San Diego and is an experienced professional in finance, securities, and litigation projects.
