Ben Perez

Ben Perez has worked for six companies in their career. Ben began their career at Interpro in 2005 as a Consultant. In 2007, they joined EY, where they held various roles, including Director - HR Programs, Director - Experience Management Leader - Asia Pacific Advisory, Resourcing Leader - Asia Pacific, Manager, and Consultant & Senior Consultant. In 2020, they worked for both ByteDance and TikTok in Global HR projects roles. In 2021, they joined Aragon as Head of Talent & DAO Steward, and in 2022 they became Head of DAO Talent at Pocket Network Inc.

Ben Perez has a Graduate Diploma in Design Strategy & Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology, obtained between 2016 and 2018. Ben also attended Stanford University in 2017 for Innovation. Ben has a Masters in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, obtained between 2011 and 2013. In 2018, they obtained a Silver certification in EY Innovation - Design Thinking from EY. Ben also has a Complete Python Bootcamp certification from Udemy.
