Product Manager and Founding Team Member at Pocket RN

Evan Quartner has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they joined PocketRN as a Product Manager and Founding Team Member. In 2020, they were an Engineering Intern at Alio. In 2019, they created an oven timer prototype using Arduino, teaching himself the hardware and software skills needed to build projects with Arduino. In 2018, they were an Organic Chemistry Tutor for the Chemistry Department at the University of Maryland and also privately tutored students in organic chemistry. In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Researcher for Professor David Fushman, gaining experience with biochemistry laboratory techniques. Evan was also a Team Member in the Gemstone Honors Program, researching the use of ion exchange resins to desalinate road salt runoff and presenting their team's thesis proposal in front of university professors.

Evan Quartner completed a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland between 2015 and 2019. Evan then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Stanford University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
