Brian Nail has over 25 years of professional experience. Brian began their career in 1993 as a Corporal in the US Marine Corps. In 2005, they became a Diesel Mechanic at G&R Truck Repair. In 2007, they joined Rush Enterprises, Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative and then as a Parts Manager. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Apple as a Business Expert (Account Manager) and Specialist. In 2019, they joined Theatro as a Service Delivery Manager and Notifyd, LLC as a Vice President of Customer Success, Account Executive - Customer Success, and Account Executive. Brian is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pocketstop since 2022.
Brian Nail attended Dallas College from 2015 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Systems. In 2022, they obtained two certifications from Totango: Totango Creator: Success Enthusiast and Totango Creator: Success Sage.
