Poco Law Firm (POCOLAW) is a Vietnamese law firm founded in 2014 by Lawyer Nguyen Le Quang, a lawyer specializing in business law with over 20 years of experience.
POCOLAW has strengths in investment advisory, restructuring, M&A and other complex corporate transactions. Our clients are both domestic and foreign enterprises and investors.
Our goal is to become a professional legal consulting services company that excels in complex and highly constructive transactions.
