Aaron Simon Caparaz

Aaron Simon Caparaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the PH Head of Operations at PODEAN since October 2021, Aaron supports local managers in team management, process improvements, and recruitment. Previously, in the role of Retail Operations Manager at Supply Chimp from April 2018 to October 2021, Aaron managed contracts with US government entities and developed pricing strategies. Aaron's earlier experience includes positions at Brady Corporation as an Associate Product Manager and as a Web Content Specialist, where project initiation and web content optimization were key responsibilities. Aaron began a career as a Web Specialist at Yell Adworks Ltd, focusing on website content and structure. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Journalism and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines.
