Hope Williams

Hope Williams is the Managing Director at Podean ANZ, where they lead a global marketplace marketing agency that supports brands in the retail media landscape. Hope has been a member of IAB Australia's Retail Media Council since 2023, contributing to best practices and thought leadership in the industry. Previously, they co-founded OtherNature™ and held various leadership roles in companies like Matterkind and PHD, where they shaped digital commerce strategies and media operations. Hope earned a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in Accounting and Economics from the University of Otago, where they continue their studies.
