James Erickson

James Erickson currently serves as the Head of Retail Operations at PODEAN since March 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Amazon Manager at Mission Critical Gear from January to December 2019, managing marketing strategies and e-commerce operations on Amazon. James's extensive experience at Amazon from 2012 to 2017 included serving as a Vendor Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing vendor relationships and driving sales for the Audio & Accessories category, as well as providing support in executive relations and technical account management. Previous roles included operations coordination and customer service positions at various companies, including Bay Alarm Company and Sanderson Safety Supply. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Washington State University, earned in 2003.
