Helene van Santen

Helene van Santen is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in editorial roles across various outlets. Currently serving as the Director of Dag & Nacht at Podimo since 2025, Helene was previously the Editor-in-chief of Margriet and Goed Gevoel at DPG Media Nederland from 2019 to 2025, as well as the Editor-in-chief for Kek Mama. Prior experience includes positions as Managing Editor for Libelle.nl and Libelle TV at Sanoma NL, and Managing Editor at Stadgenoot for Stadleven magazine. Helene has also contributed as a freelance columnist and journalist and has held editorial positions at various publications including Vriendin magazine and AT5 Nieuws. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Helene further enhanced expertise through studies at the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design and an exchange program at Concordia University.
