Mohammed Umar Farooq

Mohammed Umar Farooq, MSc, currently serves as the Assets and Development Manager at Podium Developments since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mohammed held positions as Asset Manager at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust from July 2023 to April 2024 and as an Associate Asset Manager and Analyst at Triovest from April 2019 to May 2023. Mohammed's experience includes analyzing appraisals, preparing reports for various property types across eastern Canada, and developing strategies to maximize portfolio returns. Additionally, experience at Cushman & Wakefield involved portfolio administration and lease management, while roles at CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle focused on market analysis and valuation advisory.
