Austin Heder served as a Student Athlete at Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2016 before pursuing a career in business. They gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst and later as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2019. In 2016, Austin also worked as a Growth Equity Analyst at Mercato Partners and briefly as a Strategy Consultant at Bryce & Company. Currently, Austin holds the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at Podium, a role they began in 2025. Austin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
