Samuel Simmons

Samuel Simmons has had a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Samuel began their career in 2006 at Vivint and later moved on to Ensign Group as an Administrator In Training in 2008. In the same year, they joined Jive Communications Inc as the Vice President and Acting CFO, leading the company through its acquisition by LogMeIn. At LogMeIn, Samuel held the position of Vice President of Finance and served as the Divisional CFO for the Unified Communications & Collaboration Division. During their tenure, they played a key role in the sale of LogMeIn to Francisco Partners/Elliot. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at both Solo Stove and Solo Brands. Most recently, Samuel has become the Head of Finance at Podium in 2022.
