Chris Melonas is an accomplished HR and operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the HR & Talent Leader at StartupExperts since May 2025, Chris participates in an invite-only community focused on enhancing people-first organizations. In current roles at Pod Pack International, Chris serves as both Chief Operating Officer/President and Board Observer, implementing strategic operational improvements following the acquisition of Joe's Garage Coffee, where Chris previously held the position of President & Head of People & Operations, leading significant growth in employee count and revenue. Chris’s earlier career includes pivotal HR positions at NAES Corporation and Unified Grocers, where skills in labor relations and talent management were honed, driving operational success and workforce engagement. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management & International Business from Carroll College.
