Marion Gray has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. In 2000, Marion started as the CFO at UniversalCom before transitioning to the role of Controller at NewSouth Communications in 2002. From 2003 to 2007, Marion served as CFO at Stewart Capital, followed by a role as CFO at Intechra from 2007 to 2008. Marion then worked as the CFO at Franchise Services of North America from 2009 to 2012 and as the CFO at Blue Dot Energy Services from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Marion became Vice President of Finance - Northeast at BEA Logistics Services until 2014. From 2008 to 2016, Marion worked as an Accounting Consultant at Marion Gray, CPA. Marion then became the Chief Financial Officer at Aerial Access Equipment from 2016 to 2018 before assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pod Pack International, LLC in 2022.
Marion Gray completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Georgetown University, studying from 1988 to 1992.

Pod Pack International was established in 1996 by industry veterans Bill Powell, and Tom Martin. Bill and Tom saw an emerging coffee trend in Europe using single-serve espresso pods for food service industry, and recognized an upcoming need in the United States market. From humble beginnings in 400 square feet located in New Orleans LA, Pod Pack now operates in 45,000 square feet in Baton Rouge LA. Pod Pack remains a family owned business, and maintains a family culture to provide the best possible service to our customers. From concept to cup Pod Pack’s research and development department works to create an exceptional experience for the consumer. Pod Pack experts have 100’s of years’ experience developing products. We understand roast colors, grind particle size, bulk density, and how these variables will affect the final product. We analyze extraction rates and total dissolved solids to understand products. We work with brewer manufacturers to understand capabilities, and develop fresh, convenient, and consistent products for the consumer. Our Mission includes being FOCUSED on using expertise, forward thinking, and innovation to identify new single-serve solutions. Innovation is an important part of the Pod Pack culture. Besides constantly seeking to improve products, we look for innovative new opportunities. Through the years our team has created iterations of product lines to address the needs of the consumers. We launched the Super Pod in 2015 as a 4th generation hotel pod, but also a food service solution for off-peak times. Additionally, Pod Pack introduced Cold Brew One®; an innovative, fresh brewed single-serve cold brew available for retail, and food service applications.
