Kyle Nielson

Kyle Nielson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyle is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at PodPlay Technologies since September 2023. Previously, they held roles at Stealth Startup as an Advisor and Consultant in the Customer Success field. Kyle also founded and served as a Hobbyist Educator at How You Level Up, focusing on collective growth through knowledge sharing. In their career, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Teleport and Related Companies. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Customer Success and Principal Customer Success Manager at AIB Express Logistics, a logistics and insurance firm. Kyle also had a brief stint as an Author at Amazon and worked as the Director of Media and Content, Behavior Advisor at CapitalWave Inc. Additionally, they gained experience as a Private Party Bartender and Server at Gourmet Work Staffing and held various roles including Sales Lead, Fitness Consultant, and Dietary Advisor at Retro Fitness.

Kyle Nielson holds a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing from The Wharton School. Kyle also earned a Master's degree in Communication with a focus on Mediation and Training & Development from Arizona State University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication & Media from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kyle has certifications including Front Certified Administrator, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2, Blockchain Foundations, and USPA A License.
