David Sumić

David Sumić, PhD, is a goal-oriented finance professional currently serving as the Group Controlling Director at Podravka, where they lead Group-level Controlling and FP&A operations and manage a team of 35 professionals. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Reporting & Investor Relations and Director of Financial Analysis at Addiko Bank Hrvatska. With a strong foundation in risk management and corporate banking, David has successfully managed business relationships and driven financial performance insights throughout their career. They hold a PhD in Business Economics, as well as a master's degree graduated summa cum laude in Business Planning and Analysis from the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb.
