Danielle Root

Danielle Root is a communications and public relations management professional with a focus on media, corporate communications, and storytelling. They have experience as a multimedia journalist and newsroom associate, contributing to WUSF Public Media and WFLA-TV News Channel 8. Danielle has held various roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Gracenote and Nielsen, including serving as a communications manager and executive communications lead. Currently, they are a Senior Corporate Internal Communications Specialist at PODS while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Media Studies at the University of South Florida.
