Luann Arrigo

Luann Arrigo, MHRM, is a seasoned Human Resource Manager with over a decade of experience across various industries, including automotive retail, financial services, and telemarketing. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PODS, Luann previously held leadership roles such as Director of Recruiting and Training at ThinkDirect Marketing Group, where they managed talent acquisition for a large call center. Luann has been recognized as HRM of the Year in 2018 and 2019 for outstanding key performance indicators. They also hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of North Florida and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
