Jared Ayers

Jared Ayers is an experienced professional in the field of pipeline safety and compliance, currently serving as a Rail Mechanical Scheduler at POET Ethanol Products since December 2021. Prior to this role, Jared held multiple positions at Flint Hills Resources from November 2017 to December 2021, including Senior Compliance Specialist and Pipeline Control Center Compliance and Training Program Manager, overseeing compliance with pipeline safety regulations and managing training programs. Earlier in their career, Jared worked for Koch Pipeline Company in various roles, including Pipeline Control Center Compliance Coordinator and Pipeline Controller, and served in the US Navy as a Project Supervisor from 2005 to 2011. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with education obtained from Kansas State University and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
