Lance Dusing

Lance Dusing is a seasoned Process Automation Engineer and Manager with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently employed at POET since March 2001, Lance leads a team of Process Automation Engineers to enhance maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization across a fleet of 28 bio-refineries. Prior to this role, Lance served as a Senior Process Automation Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc from January 1988 to April 2000, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire Process Control System for various operations, including crushing, grinding, pelletizing, and power generation. Lance holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1983 and 1987.
