Previously, Rakshith held the position of Junior Associate at Metain.io, focusing on market research and financial analysis for commercial real estate investments. Experience as a Teaching Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology involved supervising master's graduates in urban economics and real estate valuation methods. Rakshith also authored a master’s thesis on Decentralized Finance and its implications for the commercial real estate market. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Valuation Analyst at Thermax Limited, supporting valuation processes through data collection and analysis. Rakshith holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE.
