Keni Patel

Keni Patel is the Director of Acquisitions - Texas at Point Acquisitions LLC, where they focus on acquiring and managing real property and assets. Previously, Keni owned and operated Pleasant Night Inn from 2013 to 2019 and served as General Manager at Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn, achieving significant revenue growth. Keni has held various management roles in the hospitality industry, including Corporate Director of Purchasing for Visions Hotels and hotel manager at Adam's Mark Hotel & Convention Center, where they oversaw multiple departments and large-scale events. Keni earned a degree in Economics from Penn State University in 2007.
