Jim Foreman

Jim Foreman is a seasoned executive with a robust background in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Independent Director at Point C and Chairman of the Board at HPOne, Jim also contributes as an Investor in Residence Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles. Additional board memberships include Alegeus, Centivo, and The Lightyear Funds, where Jim functions as Operating Partner. Previously, Jim held significant positions at Willis Towers Watson, including Head of Exchange Solutions and Managing Director for the Americas, and served as Executive Vice-President at Aetna. Jim Foreman holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and has furthered education at the University of Melbourne.
