Jorge Valencia

Jorge Valencia is currently serving as the Executive Director & CEO at Point Foundation since January 2007, where Jorge oversees the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBTQ students. Previously, Jorge held the position of President & Executive Director at The Trevor Project from 2001 to 2007, where Jorge provided crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth. With a background in communications and leadership roles at various organizations, Jorge has a BA in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
