Craig Wallace

Craig Wallace has over 15 years of professional experience in the finance industry. Craig began their career in 2005 as a Manager in Private Client Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they developed key relationships with business owners to address common financial challenges associated with growth. Craig was also a member of the buy-side due diligence advisory team resulting in a $37m acquisition of a 250 person European business. In 2008, they joined Telefonica Europe as a Group Finance Manager. In 2010, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of Jajah, an operating unit of Telefonica Group (NYSE: TEF). In this role, they were responsible for a 10-person global team covering revenue operations, finance, fraud, carrier relations, customer support, legal and regulatory, and HR across sites in USA, UK and Israel. Craig oversaw growth in ARR from $15m to $44m through direct-to-consumer offering and white label strategic partnerships. In 2012, they became Chief Financial Officer of TokBox (now Vonage). In 2019, they joined Qwil as CFO - Part Time and Chief Financial Officer. Craig currently serves as VP of Finance and Strategic Finance Consultant at Point One Navigation.

Craig Wallace has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Commerce (GradDipCom) in Finance from The University of Auckland. Craig also holds a certification as a Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (inactive) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
