💡 Did you know that 0.1% of our DNA accounts for ALL of our differences (e.g. gender, identity, abilities, sexuality, and race)?

We want to create a level playing field for all. To address the lack of diversity, equality and inclusion in the industry.

We support marginalised communities: people of colour, women, the LGBTQI+ community, the physically disabled and the neurodivergent

All these minority communities face discrimination, judgement, and unfair hiring barriers every day.

Point One is set to pave the way to transformation through the power of diversity and inclusion.

We embrace differences and believe inclusion, equality and diversity offer better performance and thriving team cultures due to the different perspectives offered by a more diverse workforce.

Our mission is to

✅ Ensure fair, inclusive and equal approach with recruitment for all, ahead of profit, always
✅ Represent marginalised groups
✅ Ensure psychologically safe environments for all
✅ Place the right people in the right roles as we know the industry - we are technologists
✅ Ensure every placement creates an impact and an inclusive and diverse ripple effect
✅ Embrace individuality, weirdness and stand proud of our human centred foundations
✅ Maintain a 100% shareholding of individuals from marginalised communities
✅ Remain DEI from top to bottom

Founded and led by technologists, our inclusive approach puts diversity, equality, and authenticity at the forefront.

Our commitment goes beyond just finding talent.

We have relationships to some of the best digital recruiters in Europe

Where we are staffing a role, we promise to deliver our clients a candidate shortlisted that is at least 75% candidates from marginalised communities.

Our aim is to create a fair, inclusive and equal approach for our talent and for the organisations we work in partnership with.
