Poonam Nain

Poonam Nain is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the technology and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Point Pickup since April 2022, Poonam leads eCommerce initiatives for the GrocerKey platform and manages relationships with major retail chains in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Poonam co-founded SchoolDesk, a SaaS School Management System, where responsibilities included project management and customer integration. Poonam's career also includes significant experience at Tata Consultancy Services as a Technical Project Program Manager, focusing on projects for Allianz Life Insurance, and previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Nipa International Pvt Ltd. Poonam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology and is pursuing a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
