Sean Park

Sean Park is the CEO, President, and Founder of Point2 Technology. Sean has over 12 years of experience in human resources and has been a partner at two different companies, OnPoint HR and Hanold Associates LLC. Sean has also served as the Senior Manager of People Advisory Services at EY and as a Senior Consultant at Aon. Park has a proven track record of successful leadership and management in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Sean is a visionary leader with a passion for using technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources. Under their leadership, Point2 Technology has become a leading provider of HR technology solutions.

Sean Park has a dual bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management sciences as well as economics from Northwestern University. Sean is certified from Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Assessment Series (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Hogan 360. Sean is also certified from Prosci in Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Finally, they are certified from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR.
