Oksana Tsabik

Oksana Tsabik currently serves as HRD at Point2Web since November 2021, bringing extensive human resources expertise from previous roles, including Head of Assessment Team at the National Health Service of Ukraine from July 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included automating the goal-setting process and developing competency models. Oksana's earlier experience at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine (January 2005 - June 2019) involved leadership in assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and training program facilitation. Oksana Tsabik holds a degree from Kyiv National Economics University, completed in May 2002.
